ARMACIA 2015
Red “Costa Viola” I.G.T.

A precious ruby red with violet reflections, with intense winey scent and characteristic sea and mineral hints. It is obtained from autochthonous vines: Prunesta, Malvasia Nera, Nerello and Gaglioppo. It pairs well with any meal, better chilled with fish.
Serving temperature: 15 °C.

COSTA VIOLA 2015
White “Costa Viola” I.G.T.

A fine white wine, which recalls to the palate all the charm of a land rich in suggestions, a territory that gets joy and harmony from the sea, kissed by the sun drips and by enchanted lush mountains. It has a white color with greenish light golden rerflections, with intense aromas, reminiscent of ripe citrus, flowers like wisteria and orange blossom. It is obtained from Chardonnay and Greco Bianco. Vinified by maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature. Excellent as an aperitif. Sweetly accompanies seafood and shellfish.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C.

NERONE DI CALABRIA – Cuve 2012
Rosso Calabria I.G.T.

Produced with Sangiovese (30%) and Nerello Calabrese vines (70%), chosen on the steep and sunny Calabrian hills (about 600-800 metres a.s.l.) and harvested late in order to get the highest aromatic concentration. Vinified by to the old method, with a 96 hours maceration and fermented in small oak barrel, we btained a wine with an alcholic strenght of about 14% vol. and overall acidity of 7 grams per litre, a 3,3 pH, a very low volatile acidity of 0,4 grams per litre. Deep ruby color, very thick, hard transparency if looked backlight, with elegant, noble and dense tannins. Aeretingit, you can feel intense and persistent vinous aromas, very spicy. Nerone di Calabria challenges the most demanding palates satisfying them in full, especially when paired with red meat, grilled, spicy and not, to sauces, meats and hard cheeses.

LIGE RED 2015
To produce this wine, we selected the oldest grapes of the region: Gaglioppo and Nerello Calabrese. A brilliant ruby red with violet hues, intensely vinous aroma, the taste is warm and sensibly tannic. It is recommended along with red meat dishes, cold cuts and cheeses.

GRAPPA DELLO STRETTO is a specialty that embodies the history of Calabria, the region once known as ENOTRIA, the LAND OF WINE. The selection of raw materials, the slow distillation in discontinuous still and all stages of processing, are subjected to a scrupulous care. Its refined bouquet, its strong and generous taste has all the qualities to satisfy even the most demanding connoisseurs.

PASSITO DELLO STRETTO 2014
Since the VIII century BC in Calabria had spread the production of sweet wines. Even today, we produce passito “Strait” with “Greco Bianco” grapes and Muscat of Alexandria (local Zibibbo) grown in the terreaced vineyards, overlooking the Strait of Messina. Amber coloured with golden reflections. Sweet floral flavor, apricot sensation, honey sweetness, intense, very long persistance. Very STRETTO”
